Muster Point Outfitters is a trade name of Half and Half LLC. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Muster Point Outfitters website.

Products & Product Condition
Military Surplus Products
Muster Point Outfitters sells a combination of genuine military surplus and new commercial outdoor, tactical and related products.

Military Surplus Products
Surplus products may have been issued, stored or used and may show wear consistent with the stated condition or grade. Representative photographs may be used where multiple similar surplus items are stocked. Individual items may vary in color, markings, manufacturing date, pattern, fading, repairs and other characteristics.

New Products
Products described as new are sold as new and unused unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. New products may be supplied in original manufacturer packaging where applicable. Product appearance, packaging and specifications may occasionally vary where manufacturers make changes.

Grading & Sizing
Our published surplus grading standards apply to military surplus products. Customers should review the stated grade and product description before purchase. Normal wear, fading, markings, repairs or cosmetic variations consistent with the advertised surplus grade are not necessarily defects.
British and European military sizing may differ from U.S. civilian sizing. Any size conversions provided by Muster Point Outfitters are intended as guidance only. Customers should review original sizing information and actual measurements where provided.

Prices, Orders & Availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout where appropriate.
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including stock or pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems or legal restrictions. Amounts collected for subsequently cancelled orders will be refunded as applicable.

Shipping & Returns
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Carrier disruption, severe weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address.
Returns and refunds are governed by our published Returns & Refund Policy.

Manufacturer Warranties
Certain new products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, warranty information or instructions for obtaining warranty service may be provided with the product or made available in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
Unless expressly stated, Muster Point Outfitters does not provide an additional manufacturer-style warranty beyond any applicable manufacturer warranty and rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Intended Use
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended lawful use. Used and surplus equipment should be inspected before use. Unless specifically represented otherwise, surplus products should not be assumed to constitute certified safety, protective, climbing, lifesaving or medical equipment. For new commercial products, customers should follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, intended-use requirements and safety information supplied with the product.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muster Point Outfitters and Half and Half LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of products or the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Intellectual Property
Original Muster Point Outfitters website branding, photographs, graphics and text may not be commercially reproduced without permission except as permitted by law. Third-party trademarks, product names and branding remain the property of their respective owners.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
